Installation Instructions for Pressed Polymer Insulators

(1) During installation, first fix the insulating fasteners to the crossarms with bolts, rotate the upper and lower covers 180 degrees, and simply lock the insulating fasteners after exposing the wire slots.

(2) Place the insulated wire to be installed into the wire slots.

(3) After the first end wire is tightened, adjust the arc sag of the insulated wire within the span. After the adjustment is completed, rotate the insulating fasteners 180 degrees again to reset and tighten the bolts to the appropriate strength.
